Thou Shalt

​The current most celebrated man in the U.S. may just be an individual noted to have been the most lethal sniper in U.S. history, however the alleged most purchased book in the U.S. has a commandment which reads, "Thou shalt not kill." Does this not indicate a direct conflict?
